Epoxy Fix Super Steel

Epoxy Fix Super Steel is a fast-setting, non-shrinking epoxy adhesive. It is a two part adhesive of high viscosity which have a good dimensional stability and strong adhesion to a variety of substrates.

How To Use

1. In order to secure perfect bonding, it is recommended to pre-treat the surface by removing moisture, dust, grease, rust, paint, oxide, and all other foreign matters from the bonding surface before application of Selleys Epoxy Fix Super Steel.
2. To obtain the best bonding result, suitable primer is recommended to be used on bonding surfaces before applying the adhesive.
3. Mix Part A with Part B thoroughly in a ratio of 1:1 by volume. After mixing, use all the mixed adhesive within 5 minutes.
4. Apply a thin layer of Selleys Epoxy Fix Super Steel mixture on both side of the bonding surfaces.
5. Assemble bonding surface before mixture becomes gel.
6. After assembly, apply suitable pressure to ensure the mixture spreads evenly and thoroughly between the bonding surfaces.
7. Allow cure time for 15 minutes. The mixture will be fully cured after 2 hours.

Tips

• Application should be carried out in a well ventilated area.
• Provided the adhesives are stored in dry and cool air tight containers, the storage stability (before mixing) will be at least 12 months from day of first use.
