1. Who We Are
We are Lau Distribution Pte. Ltd, trading as www.laudistribution.com (“Lau Distribution”). Lau Distribution is an affiliate company of LAU-Distribution Group, a company registered in Singapore.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Orders and Contracts made or to be made by us for the sale and supply of Products. These Terms and Condition constitute the entire agreement between you and Lau Distribution and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between us. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will be effective if in writing and signed by an authorised signatory of Lau Distribution.

3. Product Pricing and Payment
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Singapore Dollars. Tax and Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included during the checkout phase in the ‘Final Total’ section. You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our homepage.

4. Refund and Refusal
Lau Distribution reserve the rights to grant refund based on the verification of Lau Distribution employee. If there is any unsatisfactory with our product after the purchase have been made and a refund is requested. Do contact us at +65 68484707. We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.
