Notes
- The ring remote is currently only compatible with Insta360 X5, Insta360 GO Ultra and Insta360 Ace Pro 2. Please check the official Insta360 website for future compatibility updates.
- When wearing the ring remote, ensure that the ring strap is comfortable but tight enough not to fall off.
- This product should be used in temperatures from 28.4°F to 113°F (-2°C to 45°C) with humidity between 0–75%.
- Low-temperature environments below 28°F (-2°C) may cause the ring remote's vibration alerts to temporarily stop working. Normal function will resume once the temperature recovers.
- This product is splash-resistant only. If it gets wet, dry it as soon as possible.
- Ensure that the USB-C Port is completely dry. If it gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid high heat when drying and do not blow-dry to prevent the Velcro from losing its grip and the straps from deforming.
- Avoid dropping, hitting, or placing heavy items on the product to avoid damage.
- Do not disassemble or DIY the product in any way.
- If the product is unused for a long time (e.g., two months or longer), the battery might drain completely. To avoid this, charge it and turn it on occasionally.
- Do not clean the ring remote or charging points with any cleaning products or liquid detergent, as it could corrode or rust the product. If you need to clean it, use a soft, dry cloth.
