- Do not use the handle in wet conditions as water can enter and damage the USB-C port, potentially to the point of device failure.
- Do not drop or strike the handle. Do not place it under heavy objects.
- When mounting a camera onto the handle, hold it firmly to prevent it from falling off.
- Only use the quadpod on a flat surface in calm conditions, otherwise there is a risk of it falling and getting damaged.
- The two USB-C ports on the handle have input and output functionality.
- To clean the USB-C ports, wipe them with a clean, dry cloth. Otherwise, the battery contact may be disrupted.
- The recommended charging environment is 32°F to 113°F (0°C to 45°C). The recommended storage environment is -4°F to 104°F (-20°C to 40°C). Do not use or store the selfie stick in high-temperature environments. Using the handle in extremely high- or low-temperature environments can affect battery life and shorten its run time.
- If the handle isn't used for three months or more, the battery may be depleted. Charge the handle before use.
- When charging the handle, use a power adapter to prevent reverse charging to other devices.
